The shipping time varies depending on the product purchased and after all questions are answered, before making the purchase check the average delivery time in the shipping section of each item.

If you want to cancel the order, you must do so within the next 12 hours after payment.

Shipping

Depending on the size of the items, such as the shoes, the pacifiers and the ribbons, they go inside a transparent bag, perfect and ready to give away. Larger items are wrapped in tissue paper, a special touch on your order.

If you want to send the product as a gift, when purchasing it, put a note stating that it is a gift, so I can send it properly wrapped with a card and a message of your choice. :)

Items are shipped by registered mail through the national postal system.

After shipment, the registration number will be sent so that you can control where your order is.

Delivery time (for information purposes only):

- National - 2 to 3 days
- Europe - 5 to 7 days
- United States - 7 to 12 days
- Rest of the World - 15 to 25 days

The registration number indicates where your order may be, note that each country is responsible for entering the registration number, if this is not done or is not updated there is no way to know where it is.

If your order is delayed and it turns out that it has already arrived in the country of destination, please contact your postal services to better try to find your order, as it is more difficult for me to get in touch when I am outside.

During the festive season, the order may take a little longer to arrive, so please be patient.

If you do not receive your order after 30 days, please contact me.

If you are a buyer outside the European Union, be aware of the customs fees that may apply in your country.
